When will my order ship?

Most everyday styles, like basic tees, straight-leg jeans, or simple knit tops, are inspected, folded with care, and packed into eco-friendly boxes within 1–2 working days. We use soft tissue paper to protect delicate fabrics (like silk or lace) and breathable garment bags for items prone to wrinkling, ensuring they arrive looking ready to wear.


For more detailed pieces that demand extra attention—such as sequined evening gowns, multi-layered ruffled blouses, or tailored suits with intricate stitching—processing times may extend to 3–4 working days. This extra time lets our quality team check every detail: ensuring embellishments (like studs or embroidery) are securely attached, verifying that zippers and buttons function smoothly, and confirming that hems and seams are neat. We want every piece to feel as polished and put-together as it looks, no matter how complex the design.


Please note: Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST on Fridays, or over weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day. Once your package ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow its journey and get excited to unbox your new PulseChic finds.

Where do you ship to?

PulseChic delivers women’s clothing to fashion lovers worldwide, with shipping available to nearly every country. Whether you’re in a bustling city, a quiet suburb, or a coastal town, we’ll make sure your new pieces reach you.


Shipping times vary by location: Most orders within North America and Europe arrive in 5–10 working days, while international deliveries to Asia, Australia, and other regions typically take 10–15 working days. These are estimates—delays can happen due to customs processing (some countries have specific rules for textiles), local postal disruptions, or unexpected events like weather issues, which are beyond our control.


For orders shipped outside our base country, keep in mind you may be responsible for additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are set by your country’s regulations (not PulseChic) and depend on factors like the item’s value, material, or type. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering to avoid surprises.

How accurate are the colors shown in your photos?

We work hard to make sure product images on our site match the true colors of our clothing, so you know exactly what to expect. That said, slight color differences can happen. In short: Most unworn, unaltered items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re in original condition with tags, packaging, and any extras (like belts or accessories) included. Custom items (like personalized prints or tailored pieces) have specific guidelines, noted on their product pages.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We package every piece carefully—using padded envelopes for knits, rigid boxes for structured items, and tissue paper for delicate fabrics—to ensure they arrive perfect. But if your clothing comes damaged, defective, or wrong (like a torn seam, flawed fabric, or incorrect size), let us know right away.


To fix this quickly, contact us through our “Contact Us” page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a copy of the delivery note. Our team will review your claim fast and arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund—whichever you prefer—at no cost to you. If we need the damaged item back for inspection, we’ll cover return shipping.


Payment

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Currently, PulseChic doesn’t offer cash on delivery (COD). This helps us keep transactions secure and efficient—COD can cause delays, errors, or extra costs that slow down your order.

Can I use Afterpay for products that will ship to Los Angeles?
